It is with a heavy heart that the Union must inform the Membership of the
passing of Brother Daniel Picard. Daniel was a retired Lead Station Attendant
& Training instructor in Ottawa. Daniel is also the father of Active
Station Attendant Yann Picard.
The family will be received as follows:

The family is receiving condolences beginning at 1:30 pm.
The family encourages donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
