Brother Philip J. Carney
It is with a heavy heart the Union must inform the Membership that
Brother Philip Carney, retired Category 01 Aircraft Technician in
Ottawa has died. Phil passed away on July 09, 2019 after a
courageous battle with cancer. Brother Carney will be greatly missed
by friends and coworkers alike. Phil was 65 years old.
Family and friends will be received at a Celebration of Life:
