Dear Sisters,
The IAMAW has been advised by Legal Counsel there should be no requirement
for our Members to sign the Air Canada’s Maintenance Mobility Initiative Mobile
Device Terms and Conditions Form.
We have advised Air Canada. A grievance has been filed.
If you have already signed the form, or feel compelled to do so, redress will be
sought through the grievance procedure.
Updates will be provided as they arise.
