YOW SHIFT BID

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
There was some minor confusion surrounding a shift vote on November 2
and 3, 2017.
Therefore, to eliminate concerns and clear up any confusion a revote will be
conducted November 22 and 23, 2017.
The process and guidelines for this vote are as follows;
- In accordance with our District Lodge 140 polices and previous shift
ratification votes conducted in our District, the percentage to have a
compressed work week ratified and implemented is majority 66 2/3%. - Cat 1 and Cat 38 will vote on an identical ballot. All ballots
cast will be included toward the total ratification percentages. - You must cast your ballot in person on the day(s) of the vote. I
understand we have a couple of members currently working in YYZ
on training. We will make provisions for these members to vote in our
YYZ ACM Shop Committee Office on the days of the vote, if they so
choose.
