Notice of Election for IAMAW Local Lodge 2323
7 Shop Stewards
Ottawa Ramp & Baggage
Please be advised that there is an election for 7 (seven) Shop Stewards in the Ramp & Baggage
Department. The election will take place on December 12, 2017. Polling will take place in the
Shop Committee Office at 7:00 to 19:00.

Please be advised you may vote for less than 7 but you may not vote for more than 7
candidates or your ballot will be considered spoiled. At the polling station on December 12,
2017 a valid Union card or government issued picture identification must be presented or a
ballot will not be issued.
