or in person, by Canada Post, but not email to the Recording Secretary.

A signature of acceptance of nomination must be included with the nomination. Nomination must be received by November 01, 2012.
Date of Election: December 11, 2012
Place: Voting will take place in work location.
Term of office is two (2) years from January 01, 2013 through December 31, 2014.
