Dear Brothers and Sisters:
On June the 3rd, 2014 the Union attempted to finalize the arbitration (specifically for Toronto) for the above cited matter. Mr. Teplitsky ordered that we should not deal with this as a Toronto only grievance since there were interim orders for other stations already in effect.
His suggestion was to finalize the grievance once for the entire system rather than having numerous orders for the same issue.
As a result, he requested we set aside two (2) days for the hearing, with witnesses and evidence.
Consequently, we have booked the dates of July 2nd and 3rd, 2014 to be held in YYZ for this purpose. We will continue to keep you advised.
