Company “Final Offer” Ratification Vote

Some of the details of the Final Offer are as follows:
1. All issues previously agreed and settled.
2. Group Health Benefits
The Company proposes the same coverages recently negotiated with AOS Services bargaining unit. Such coverages will be effective on ratification. Also, it is understood and agreed that for the purpose of eligibility, the probation will be changed from ninety (90) days to one hundred and eighty (180) days.
3.Wages
a) Effective on ratification and without any wage retroactivity, all employees(*) who are currently on the 1st and 2nd year of service on the current Wage Grid will receive the following wage increases:
Ratification Date: -1% Wage Increase
November 1, 2014: -1% Wage Increase
November 1, 2015: -1% Wage Increase
(*) All employees means: Baggage, Driver, Lead Categories
b) All other employees above the 1st and 2nd year of service on the current Wage Grid, namely 3rd , 4th , 5th , 6th and 7th year will receive the following Signing bonuses, minus withholding taxes.
