RE: NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

A negotiation meeting was held today between the Union and the Company with the assistance of the appointed Federal Conciliation Officer
The Union’s proposal consisted of an extensive list of Collective Agreement improvements.
Wages and paid sick days are the outstanding issues that we could not reach an agreement on.
The Company has made a “FINAL TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT” offer.
This offer does not address YOUR needs for improved wages.
The complete offer will be available for review and a ratification vote will take place on November 18. Location and times will be announced.
