Air Canada Telephone Survey
Brothers and Sisters,
Some of you have reported getting phone calls from an outside agency requesting your participation for a company sponsored survey. A number of members have asked us for our opinion on how to conduct themselves during such a call.
First, you may choose not to participate. If so be polite and say goodbye.
If you decide to participate, tell them how you really feel. Be yourself and don’t be shy. We don’t see the justification for an employee survey. This is just another pre-emptive ploy to get a reading of the membership’s will prior to the upcoming negotiations.
