BROTHER STEVEN LI
A hearing on the matter of Brother Steven Li and the appeal concerning his termination with regards to the Embraer APU switches was held in YYZ on June 08 2012.
No decision was rendered and the proceedings have been further adjourned until a future date.
The Shop Committee will continue to keep the Membership informed of any developments and thanks the Membership for its continued support of Brother Li during this most difficult time.
