The CIRB has granted the application to split the bargaining units and rejected the Union’s application for a Common Employer declaration.
There will be a meeting on February 16th in Toronto with our legal team, representatives from Grand Lodge, District 140 and the leaders of all Air Canada Local Lodges to assess the decisions and plan our next moves.
