Arbitration Decision

TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE IAM & AW WORKING FOR AIR CANADA TECHNICAL SERVICES
ARBITRATION DECISION

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

In Toronto on March 30, 2011, Representatives from Transportation District 140, the Tech Ops Shop Committees and Clerical Chief Stewards attended a Transition Arbitration hearing before Arbitrator Martin Teplitsky regarding the Transition Selection Process/Options.

At this hearing, Arbitrator Teplitsky heard the submissions from both parties and issued the attached Decision.

The Union suggests that all Tech Ops members read the Arbitrator’s Decision as this decision may have changed the intent of those Members who have already submitted Transition Options.

As soon as we receive the Arbitrator’s decision concerning the Transition Selection Process/Options for Clerical members, you will be advised.

In solidarity,

Fred Hospes, Regional Assistant Directing General Chairperson
Transportation District 140, IAM & AW

Attach.
