Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This is a friendly reminder about a valuable benefit provided by Air Canada that you and your family can take advantage of: access to LifeWorks Telemedicine.

What is LifeWorks Telemedicine?

LifeWorks Telemedicine gives you direct, confidential access to Canadian-licensed doctors and nurse practitioners through text, audio, or video chat, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. This service is available to all employees based in Canada, including their families, with unlimited usage at no cost to you.

How to Activate Your Account:

1. Check Your Air Canada Email: Look for a registration email from hello@getmaple.ca in your inbox. If you are unable to locate this email, Visit the UBY portal in

3. Complete Registration: Follow the prompts to fill out your details, create a password, and review the privacy
4. Add Family Members: Once registered, you can add family members to your LifeWorks Telemedicine For dependents under 14 years old, add their details to the “patient profiles” tab to access care on their behalf. Dependents aged 14 and older can create their own account by accepting an email invitation you send through the “coverage” tab.
5. Access Medical Care: When a medical need arises, access Maple via the app or website (getmaple.ca) to chat with a healthcare provider within
