Dear Brothers and Sisters,
A ratification vote was held today, December 30, 2024. The result of the vote is as follows:
42% MEMBERS VOTED “YES”
AND
58% MEMBERS VOTED “NO”
The membership has voted to turn down the tentative agreement as presented. Your Union Negotiations Committee will work to canvass the members to seek your input that can be brought back to the negotiations table. We will work to reconvene with the Company and do our very best to bring back a fair and reasonable offer.
