TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Your Bargaining Committee has been in Direct Negotiations with the Company during the week of September 24, 2012 in Montréal.
After extensive discussions and working late into the night, the Negotiations Committee has achieved a Tentative Agreement. The term of the Collective Agreement is five (5) years and will be from April 30, 2011 through to March 31, 2016.
