Notification of Changes to Entering and Exiting
General/Special Membership Meeting
Please be advised effective February 05, 2019 you will be required to sign into the
meeting and sign out of the General/Special Membership Meeting.
Failure to sign in or out will result in the member not being given credit towards
their number of meetings attended.
Please note this could affect your ability to run in an election or if you are a
steward to achieve the number of meetings to receive your expense allowance at
the end of the year.
Members can still be allowed to leave a meeting early, with permission from the
Chair.
