Executive Board Position: for Local Lodge 2323

Dear Brothers and Sisters:
An Election will be held now on the September 04th, 2012 for the following position at LL2323, because of no quorum on the July 03rd membership meeting. The term of office for this elected position will be the remainder of this term through to December 31, 2013. This position will be up for nomination at the Local Lodge meeting on August 7th, 2012.
Nominations for the following position will be taken:

Term of office will be for the remainder of this term ending December 31st, 2013.
Eligibility: Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance will be required to submit their acceptance in writing to the Recording Secretary (via fax, mail or in person but not e-mail) to be read out at the nomination meeting.
Members accepting nominations must have attended at least 50% of the Regular Local Lodge Meetings held during the 12 month period ending the date of the close of nominations that their scheduled shifts, employee assignments, vacations, verified illness, Local-District-Grand Lodge business shall allow.
