Aveos Separation Packages
Dear Sisters and Brothers:
This is an update on the Aveos Heavy Maintenance Separation Packages arbitration that was scheduled for August 24, 2012.
This issue has been unresolved for far too long. However, due to the unavailability of Air Canada’s counsel, the hearing was postponed.
In order to expedite a resolution to this issue, the arbitrator has directed the parties to file written submissions by today, August 30th.
We would like to thank the members for their patience and support during this difficult time and will keep you posted on all further developments.
