As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, openness, and employee engagement, we are inviting ALL union members in Cabin Services to apply for participation on the upcoming Shift Bid Committee. This is your chance to have a direct role in shaping the scheduling / bidding process and ensuring it reflects the needs and priorities of our team.

What Does the Shift Bid Committee Do? The committee is responsible for reviewing and cycling the shift bid process, ensuring it is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Members will have the opportunity to provide input, share insights, and collaborate to address scheduling challenges.
