Negotiations Update Bulletin

Dear Brothers and Sisters:
The members of your Aveos negotiations committee met in Vancouver during the week of October 3.
The week was spent reviewing the survey results and compiling agenda items for the upcoming round of negotiations with the company. We also began the process of editing the existing collective agreement to make the articles pertinent to Aveos employees.
In addition, in order to shed light on the upcoming bargaining process, we created a handbook that will be distributed to all Aveos employees.
We will reconvene later this month to continue preparing for negotiations.
