Ratification and Strike Vote

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Following the tentative agreement (TA) reached between the TMOS bargaining group and Air Canada, the following information/ratification sessions will soon be taking place across the country to allow all members to participate.

The TMOS Bargaining Committee has unanimously recommended acceptance of the TA.

As a large number of changes were addressed during this round of bargaining, please take the time to attend the information/ratification sessions or speak to your bargaining representative so that you have a clear understanding of the TA before placing your vote. During these sessions, all relevant information will be made available to you to enable you to make an informed decision.

The vote will take place in each station on the dates indicated below. Your local lodge will inform you of the exact times and location.

Although we were not able to achieve everything the members wanted during this round of bargaining, the Bargaining Committee would like to thank the membership for their continued support.
