Dear LSA, SA, and PT SA Group,

 

Welcome to our first official update from your Bargaining Advisory Sub Committee. While there remains substantial time until the expiry of our current deal, we will be prepared when the time comes to advocate on your behalf. We promise to keep you informed, engaged, and confident that your voices will be heard throughout the process.

 

Who Are We?

 

Your Advisory Committee is made up of members from all categories s and classifications at Air Canada. We come from across the country, but we share a common goal, ensuring the terms of our new contract reflect significant wage adjustments, improved benefits and ironclad job security.

 

What’s next?

 

Over the coming weeks and months, we aim to build a network for sharing information and keep you informed for the road ahead. We need your input!

Framework for your requests at the bargaining table.

  1. Open Forums: We will host a series ofvi1tual and in-person n meetings where you can come together with your colleagues to share your concerns, suggestions, and ideas with the subcommitte
  2. Stay Informed: We will continue to send regular updates like this one, keeping you posted on the progress of negotiations, any breakthroughs or challenges, or key milestones.

 

Your Voice Matters

 

Your input is imperative, whether it’s through a survey, at meetings, or in one-on-one conversations with any member of the advisory committee. We will ensure that your feedback is not only heard but actively guides the direction of our bargaining efforts. It is our honor to represent you, and we look forward to working together to achieve THE leading contract in the industry!
